This website accepts inquiries rather than orders or payments. For a direct purchase from KATK, we will confirm the sale details and applicable shipping, cancellation and return terms before you pay. Purchases on another platform also follow that platform's applicable terms.
Confirm your purchase first
Before payment, confirm the item, variation, condition, availability, total price, applicable tax, shipping destination and charges, handling estimate, and cancellation and return terms for that sale. A personal-shopping request is not an order or a promise that an item will be found. Ask us about anything that is unclear before sending payment.
Shipping costs and timing
Destinations, shipping charges and handling or delivery estimates are confirmed for the particular purchase. A general illustration or estimate is not a final shipping quote. Carrier schedules and other circumstances can affect delivery; we will provide tracking through the agreed contact route when tracking is available for your shipment.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an agreed purchase, contact us using the channel where you arranged it or email hello@kassnersatthekingdom.com with your purchase reference. The options depend on the agreed terms, the order's status and applicable law. Please contact us before making another payment or sending an item back.
Returns and item concerns
Return eligibility, the process and any responsibility for return postage will be confirmed for the specific sale before payment. If an item arrives damaged, is different from what was agreed or has another problem, contact us with your purchase reference and the selling platform so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps. You do not need to send account passwords or full payment details.
Existing and external purchases
An earlier purchase remains subject to the terms agreed when it was made and applicable law. Facebook, PayPal and other services have their own procedures and any applicable buyer protections; consult the service used for that purchase. This page does not change an existing agreement or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
